These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and bajbb ("bajbb", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bajbb website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the Platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet on bajbb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

bajbb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. To access the full range of bajbb services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. bajbb accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. The following rules govern account registration:

• One account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances may be voided.

• You must notify bajbb immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bajbb will not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure your login credentials.
• bajbb reserves the right to decline registration applications and to close registered accounts without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

bajbb may conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. These checks may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. These requirements exist to protect players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All verification documents will be handled in accordance with bajbb's Privacy Policy.

bajbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. For players in Bangladesh, supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

bajbb is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or use of stolen payment credentials to fund a bajbb account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an identified or unidentified bug will be voided.

bajbb employs real-time monitoring tools to detect irregular patterns, suspicious transactions, and potential violations of these Terms. All content on the bajbb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, page layouts, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bajbb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bajbb content without express written authorisation from bajbb. Unauthorised use of bajbb's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajbb, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. bajbb does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond bajbb's reasonable control.

bajbb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or information provided on the Platform. All games are provided "as is" and your use of them is entirely at your own risk. bajbb's maximum liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

bajbb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at bajbb.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bajbb implements SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. bajbb will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

bajbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to violation of eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false, misleading, or incomplete documentation.
• Player request for account closure, including self-exclusion requests made through bajbb's responsible gaming tools or support channel.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bajbb operates the Platform as a legitimate online entertainment service and expects all players to comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with local law.

bajbb may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajbb will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
